Program Name

Slant Timer by APEX LLC — a macOS countdown timer application with optional SMS monitoring alerts.

License

Slant Timer is licensed on a per-user basis. Each license key activates the app on one machine at a time. You may deactivate and reactivate on a different machine at any time. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or resale of the software is prohibited.

SMS Notifications

APEX LLC may send automated SMS messages for service monitoring alerts. By configuring your phone number as an alert recipient, you consent to receive these messages.

• Program description: Automated infrastructure monitoring alerts sent to the system administrator when services go offline or recover.
• Message frequency: Varies based on system events. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Text HELP for assistance.
• Text STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time.

Payment

Slant Timer is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or in-app purchases. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
